XenonWorks was created with one goal in mind.  To build the best quality HID Lighting Systems by utilizing only top quality components.  Our R/D Department has spent years researching and developing what we know to be the best choice in HID products.  XenonWorks is made up of products from the USA, Germany, Japan, and Tawain so that we can ensure we are only using the best for our customers.  We use three steps to ensure that we are delivering the best quality product to our customers.  Step into our factory and learn about the steps that will make us the number one choice for HID Lighting Systems.

STEP 1: If you want to be the best, it starts with having the best product.

This begins with our HID bulbs.  We import HID burners and UV cut quartz glass from Germany along with Xenon gas from the United States.  We take these quality components and build our HID bulb series.  The HID bulbs are then laser balanced to ensure factory OEM alignment.  This will deliver a strong, stable light beam that is perfectly angled to provide the best light pattern for greater visability and a safer driving experience.

Next we build our HID ballasts to match our bulbs.  We use patented technology from Siemens along with technology from Japan and Tawain.  We combine these technologies to build our HID ballast series.  Our ballasts are built with digital DSP chips to ensure they are delivering precise, stable power to our bulbs.  Since ballasts are exposed to the weather, we then build the ballasts to handle all elements.  They are designed to be water proof, dust proof, vibration proof, extreme temperature proof, and reverse polarity proof.  This will ensure a longer lasting ballast that will outlast your vehicle.

Once we build all the components to our HID Lighting Systems, we run them through harsh tests to ensure they stand up to our strict quality standards.  Our Quality Control Team is made up of professional individuals that will push every product to the limits and only allow the best of the best to carry the XenonWorks name brand.  In all, we run every single product through 20 seperate tests.  Only products that pass all tests and exceed our quality standards will be allowed to be sold. 

STEP 2: If you want to be the best, you need the best dealers.

XenonWorks only allows dealers and distributors that have a proven track record in being HID experts to sell our products.  It is easy to push a product through every possible avenue and maximize sells, but then we would be letting our customers down.  We want every single XenonWorks customer to experience the best customer service while purchasing one of our products.  They not only have to be able sell the products, but they have to have the knowledge to assists our customers with questions.  They have to know the HID business inside and out.  We continue to monitor them to ensure they maintain quality service that matches our standards.
